Photo Release and Waiver

Photo & Video Release and Waiver By participating in EF Goals Basketball Training programs, camps, clinics, or events, you (or your parent/legal guardian, if you are under 18) agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights You grant EF Goals Basketball Training and its authorized representatives the irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture your likeness, image, voice, and athletic performance ("Media Content").

2. Permitted Uses EF Goals may use this Media Content for any lawful promotional or operational purpose, including social media, the EF Goals website, advertising materials, highlight reels, training videos, email newsletters, and media coverage.

3. No Compensation No monetary compensation or royalty will be paid for the use of Media Content.

4. Ownership All Media Content captured by EF Goals or its representatives is the sole property of EF Goals. You waive any right of approval over its use.

5. Release of Liability You release and hold harmless EF Goals, its coaches, staff, agents, and assigns from any claims arising from the use of Media Content as described above, including claims related to right of publicity, right of privacy, defamation, or copyright.

6. Duration This release is perpetual. You may revoke it in writing at any time; revocation applies prospectively only and does not affect previously published content.

7. Minor Participants If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on their behalf by completing the form below.

8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which EF Goals operates.
